Pros

Smart and friendly people working on (mostly) challenging work, with lots to learn. Good corporate culture even with lots of new people and mostly remote. Some people are now returning to the office, but it is voluntary. Opportunity to help very large security-conscious organizations adopt cloud

Cons

Some engagements are for a long period and can be boring and repetitive. It can depend when your needed, and what work is coming up. Work life balance can be hard to manage depending on the client engagement.
