      Pros

      Startup attitude with professionalism would be the biggest pro i see at Sourced. Value based culture encourages everyone to focus on the desired effect as opposed to meeting sales quotas. Tons of learning opportunities in various industries. Company being global is awesome, since it provides you with opportunities to travel and learn. Location is a big pro for me as its very easy to get to office and most of the clients are within walking distance.

      Pros

      - Fantastic internal company culture - Great work environment with lots of smart individuals, you'll never be the smartest person in the room - You'll have to peddle hard and learn fast. Lots of innovative technologies and implementations you would be working with. - A true nerd's dream job - Flexible work from home

      Cons

      - Communication between members in office and members on site could be improved - There seems to be a hard time syncing up with teams in other regions (Australia and Singapore) - The path for progress exists but is somewhat unclear.

      Pros

      -Growing rapidly, there is opportunity for growth if you are a self starter and develop yourself -The employees are smart, talented, and eager to grow and learn - -Work culture is amazing with beer fridays, bbq's, coffee, etc

      Cons

      -Work life balance - lots of over time (Company culture and the people are highlighted to be the first priority, but is not always visible. There is an unspoken expectation to continuously work) -Support system is lacking by management - not a place for juniors or people who are looking to develop over time, with the right leadership -Political environment - there is some kind of lack in communication
