South College is a great place to work. It is a professional environment with a respectful culture. Everyone I work with is hard working and puts the students first. I enjoy the team I work with and the work I do matters. I don't understand the negative reviews (and some are very negative). I have not seen anyone treated in a disrespectful manner. It's actually quite the opposite - this is one of the most professional cultures I have ever worked in. The College primarily promotes from within which creates a lot of opportunities for those who want career advancement. My career is better because of South College.
