Pros

The orientation was very well presented. I learned so much from the ladies and gentlemen that taught the class.

Cons

Toxic management environment. Wasn't given a chance to learn enough about their protocols to go forward with my job. Called into the office on my 3rd day and was told I needed to do more. I haven't had the chance to learn all that was expected. Senior MAs and LPNs, RNs told me it took a few weeks to get it all down. My trainer told me I had completed my tasks and even went over my work to confirm. The next day I was told I didn't complete my task. No Thanks, I don't work for toxic companies. Being called into the manager's office on the 3rd day SCREAMS TOXIC!!

Pros

Good size company, good benefits, overall good RN to provider relations

Cons

Pay, time off, work life balance, chief of medicine DH is unrelatable and out of touch. Doesn't support staff especially new moms.
