Flexibility and decent apartments, the pay is decent for a new professional.

Cons

TOXIC work environment. Huge lack of leadership and lots of drama. No major support. Overly tries to sell DEI and isn't genuine!

I have a good supervisor and nice apartment.

Cons

The school is not walkable & there has been a lot of instability. They have changed several things in the 8 months I’ve been here. They have also switched their focus to international system but has no support system in place for them or training for ResLife staff that are tasked with making them feel safe and comfortable.
