      Pros

      Our company has a real family feel to it. SET is the crown jewel of the JM Family Enterprises companies. It’s an exciting place to work and the year end bonuses are through the roof! Our benefits package can’t be beaten and we just opened 2 of our brand new buildings in Deerfield Beach, FL. The leadership team at SET is amazing. They are always looking for ways to improve and are extremely supportive of your career growth and aspirations.

      Cons

      The only con is the workforce at the Deerfield offices is the workforce is not as diversified as I would like. But they are working on it.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great culture. SET rewards for hard work, positive attitude and determination. Where you are responsible for your growth and opportunities. Every day is an interview, do your best.

      Cons

      If your mindset is to only give the minimum, then this is not the place for you. We enjoy some of the best benefits and that does not come cheap.
