      Great benefits and great culture. SET rewards for hard work, positive attitude and determination. Where you are responsible for your growth and opportunities. Every day is an interview, do your best.

      Cons

      If your mindset is to only give the minimum, then this is not the place for you. We enjoy some of the best benefits and that does not come cheap.

      Pros

      This is the best company that anyone in the Commerce area could ask for. The pay is great, the benefits are great, and they truly care about there associates.

      Cons

      I really have no down side to this company.

      Fantastic Benefits Great Pay Amazing atmosphere Takes care of their workers Genuinely cares about associates Encourages anyone to look for ways to improve and acts on it

      Cons

      If you could call overtime a con, but really it's a pro. There is a good bit of overtime in the VPC, just depends on the current workload and can fluctuate. But there really isn't any cons because overtime means more money.
