Business Outlook
Pros
Wonderful work place. Most of the supervisors are agreeable and management hasn't been a real issue. Pay is steady. Good benefits. They are willing to work with you if you encounter issues outside of work. This the best job I've had thus far.
Cons
Working on an open air dock takes some getting used to, and some days can drag on. You don't get vacation time until after a year of working there, but you get five personal days. Some employees can be a little rough around the edges. Other than that, nothing to significant.
