      Pros

      No phones to answer, have your own desk, you can earn your headphones and listen to music while you bill, pay is good.

      Cons

      Not the best work / life balance, you remain at work until all of the bills are finished. Other than that, it was an awesome place to work.

      The pay is good and most of the people are nice.

      Cons

      Worked hard and constantly threatened about losing job. Was pushed all the time to perform better. Relatives work at the same terminal and treated better no matter how bad they work.
