Pros

Leadership and developmental opportunities abound. These folks get it right.

Cons

Although the company tries very hard not to have to let people go, the LTL business is hit hard when the market takes a slide.

Pros

Work alone and can listen to music in your headphones Night job so no management constantly hovering over you Decent pay

Cons

Night job so not much social life to add to the 40-50+ hours you will work. 3 sick days ALL YEAR no matter how long you've been there. Policies on vacation days and other policies need to be more universal instead of by seniority
