Better than average pay. Company believes in it's system. Eat frequently and treat workers good.

Cons

Managers only know what supervisor say to them. They never investigate unless spoken to by others.

Time and a half over 45 hours. Good benefits. Never had a layoff. New equipment. Flexible start times and shifts.

Cons

Leadership has became weak over the years. Lose seniority when switching from city to linehaul and vice versa. No set shift end.
