Pros

Great location, cool fitness center, and good work/life balance

Cons

Lack of opportunity to move around, slow growth and unfair treatment to managers vs employees. Barely any managers were laid off( there were downgrading) in the last three rounds of lay offs and tons of employees were laid off.
