Pros

You can plan work for the long term. Overall respect and courtesy is at a good standard. You know that the company will be there for a long time.

Cons

Most of the management and senior management seems to have positions not based on skill set and expertise but other reasons. Given their lack of market tested skills, their ability to assess and promote talent is average at best, or poor in the worst cases. 1 problem solver every 3 or 4 paper pushers, should be the opposite.

Pros

Great benefits as a part time employee. Health and dentail are both offered. Salary is great as well especially for an intern. Each organization is like a single entity as itself. Diverse workers. No micro management. Opportunties to grow is very highly. Many tools and resources for everyone.

Cons

Management is always out of the office. You hardly get one on ones with your direct manager. You never know how well you are doing.
