-pay -office -some perks -intern program -innovative in terms of energy efficiency -company culture (everyone seemed super cool) -good management

-slow -utility (if you like it, then all the power to you) -not enough work for a go-getter type of individual

Pros

The company offers really good benefits. That's probably one of the best things about working for the company. And there are some great people to work with and some not so great.

Cons

you have to brown nose your way up to the corporate ladder. it's really pathetic. You are not recognized for your skills and abilities. The company is very political.
