      Good pay, great people, Lousy management

      Cons

      Prior to the current regime, SCE was a wonderful company that valued it's employees, provided training and progression opportunities, and upheldthe integrity of providing excellent products and customer service. Now all those standards have been destroyed and all Executives care about is the bottom line. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for fulfilling employment. You will be used and abused.

      Pros

      Great people and a great company. It really could be a force to be recognized with proper inspiration and leadership.

      Cons

      Fear and attrition are now our bedfellows, which makes our day to day work hard. And while layoffs are not happening now, we can't be naive to think that they aren't far away.
