SCW has a fun, energetic and dynamic work environment. They promote working together as team players! Everyone helps each other, and efforts are always acknowledged. That is something so hard to find! Added bonuses of lunch and learns and team building initiatives. I love working here!!

Catering, casual Fridays. Some people are fun to work with.

Cons

One of the top managers is a very rude person. One of the worst bullies and manipulators I've ever seen. He takes sadistic pleasure out of hurting people, picking on people, bullying, and causing trouble in their lives all day. He clearly abuses his authority. He lies, schemes, and makes you look bad to make it look like he's not bullying anyone.
