SCW has a positive culture and wonderful employees. However, their informal training and development lacks linear goals.

"We're like a family"

Pros

Great co-workers for whom I wish the best.

Cons

The owner has a vice-grip on the company and is pushing it back into a 1950's business era. He will preach "inclusivity" and a forward-thinking mindset then go out of his way to belittle women and stifle LGBT voices. The only thing the company has going for it is its "family" nature, which is also a complete lie. If your employees are like family, I'd suggest giving them actual benefits.

Pros

great people, office location is easy to get in/out, laid back atmosphere, 401k plan. Career growth seems very possible if your dedicated to calling and developing new customers.

Cons

Cost of medical coverage is high, training isn't defined, no remote working options.
