I love working for Southern States Toyotalift! The people and the culture we have makes me excited to come to work everyday! The company won the 2020 Florida Trend Best Companies to Work in Florida award!

Pros

Family Oriented, Medical is free, Company culture is open and training is provided. Leadership is also great - they really make sure to provide an environment where we are a family, get along. The company involves us in community events. Free uniforms and boots.

Need more Mashed Potatoes at Thanksgiving 😋

Excellent place to work. Company genuinely strives to be both a partner with Customers and the local community. Core values of Honesty, Initiative, Teamwork, Competency, and hard work are demonstrated everyday by Leaders and my peers. Enjoy and proud to work here.

Cons

Material Handling world can sometimes be a grind. Some customers want something for nothing. Some of the teammates aren't as dedicated and company takes too long trying to help them do better rather than cutting them loose.
