President is pretty caring of employees

Cons

Leadership is laughable at best from the top down to branch managers. Upper level doesn’t want to help or fix anything if it doesn’t help them. Failed promises of promotion & definitely not for women. Hr is a joke- 1 person qualified in the department to assess needs of an employee and she is a bully. Such a sad place this has become

I had a great time working for this company. The leadership is great in helping solve problems when you are out in the field trying to figure out a solution.

Cons

I would say that watching some guys get easy jobs all the time was the hardest part to deal with.

Flexible schedule to an extent. Great company as a whole. Dave Bailey is an awesome president.

Cons

EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT, racism, manipulation, lying, empty promises, favoritism etc at the Macon location
