Pros
Not many, some clinics have a family feel, some do not. The PTO is nice.. some clinics MAY work with your school schedule but don’t look forward to it. The employee discounts are good.
Cons
Many. Extremely short staffed and bad management. The expectations are so high and everyone is so overworked, tired and grumpy. Overtime is ok but sometimes it’s too much and nobody listens. Management won’t handle bad employees and instead encourages behavior by letting them do what they want, causing more stress for others. Super money hungry vets, employees restrain dogs wrong and painfully. Safety is not a priority. Management cares more about their clientele and the money than their employees. Not many opportunities to succeed at all. The amount of school type drama is too much to handle and nothing is done about it. Bully managers are way too common with this company and it really causes issues mentally. BAD PAY
