      Pros

      Everyone is so much fun to work with and the benefits such as HSA employer contribution are hard to complain about. It’s an incredible company that I’m happy to be apart of.

      No permanent telecommuting from home positions.

      Pros

      Great benefits, culture and values. Management works well with employees and try to ensure that personal needs and goals are met. The CEO and officers are very transparent and offer great information at the regularly occuring all-staff meetings.

      Cons

      None really come to mind, except for the fact that there is a high learning curve and it can take a long time to feel knowledgeable in your area.
