      Pros

      The culture is outstanding! There are plenty of reasons why they got voted as one of the Best Places to work in Arkansas. They invest and support their people. The work is interesting and you're compensated well for doing it. People here care about each other and the work. The building is beautiful, but the option to work from home a lot is great. I love the team building and fun events offered. It's been the best company I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      Work from home flexibility varies from department to department. Our large desk spaces are being replaced with awful little call center looking cubes. More PTO and an option to work from anywhere for several months in a row would be amazing!
