Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate all of the positives that you have pointed out. Many of them are centered on the people that make up our organization and our culture. We say it all the time, but our people are what makes Sovos special. I understand there are some areas where you would like to see improvement. Thanks for your feedback. During my nine years with Sovos, I have loved participating in our fast growth and watching employees move up in their careers. The digitization of tax is such a rapidly growing space, and I am proud that we are industry leaders. Please allow me to address your comments about our medical plan offering in the U.S. You are correct that your own annual out-of-pocket costs in a year will not exceed $6,850. If you were to experience any type of major claim (for example a $25,000 medical bill) the most you would pay for the entire year is $6,850, and everything after that would be paid 100%. Additionally, as mentioned, Sovos offers a Health Savings Account, which we “seed” with funds in January. Those funds are immediately available for you to use. We also match your contribution (up to a limit) throughout the year. I am proud of this above-market offering in our HSA program design. If you are taking full advantage of our Health Care Savings Account (HSA), regardless of what plan tier you select, the Sovos match and seed nearly cover the entire deductible. We are also happy to share that we have not raised the premiums for our medical insurance in the United States for many years.
