      Where to start?! We are head and shoulders above the competition. (Not sure we have direct competition any longer...) People are held to core values that make sense in any aspect of life. Sovos hires mostly based on raw/high talent and culture fit which paired with excellent training means employees are set up to succeed. Super engaging culture and many opportunities for growth and advancement. Members of leadership are accessible and approachable. Company keeps growing and expanding product markets. So many pros...

      1. Get it done mentality - if you have a suggestion or idea for making things better, for improving the client experience, then you are fully encouraged to just execute. 2. Flat hierarchy - for an 800-person company, the CEO and other leadership are very accessible. 3. No politics - the person with the best idea wins. 4. Tons of opportunity - the company is growing both organically and inorganically. As a result, there is tons of opportunity for employees willing to work hard.

      Cons

      Because it is growing, there is lots of change. That's really exciting for some employees and not so exciting for others. To succeed, you must be incredibly adaptable (it is a core value).
