      Pros

      Coworkers are some the brightest and creative people to work with Great culture Definitely room for growth, but you have to seek it out as it won't come to you.

      Cons

      Slow on decision making across the board Offices are not the most up to date, the new offices are however and they are making improvements on the older ones too

      It is a fun work environment. If you work hard Management will recognize this quickly and promote accordingly.

      Cons

      The sales team gets anything they want. They are definitely preferred by leadership, and other departments get easily ignored.
