Taxware made me realize what NOT to look for in a company. ( The positive reviews on here HAVE to be fake).

Cons

No organizational structure, no clear company goals, too dependent on a few people who could leave and the rest would be clueless. No positive reinforcement for employees, hard efforts go unrecognized.
