I am so pleased to know that our flexible environment and the managers that you interact with help you to do that. We also understand and appreciate your concerns about our decision making process and how they impact your team. We are going through some transformational changes right now, and we acknowledge that navigating such change can be demanding. Your advice to gather more input from employees is valuable, especially in the context of these changes. We are actively working on enhancing our communication channels to ensure that our employees have access to the information and resources that they need to be successful. These include more frequent opportunities to hear directly from our ELT via Sovos Connects open mics, revamping and relaunching mySOVOS and bolstering our internal communications team (among others!)
