Thank you for taking the time to leave your thoughts. I take your advice very seriously. To Be Inclusive is a Sovos core value. We see it as essential to achieving our purpose as a business, which is to improve others' way of life. Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives are not static, and we are continuously evolving our inclusive environment at Sovos in a variety of ways. We believe in empowering every Sovosian with DEI awareness that allows them to think, engage and act in a ay that promotes a sense of inclusion and belonging for their co-workers. While many of these programs are global in nature, I am happy to meet with you to discuss what we are doing that is specific to your office in Chile. Thank you for the years that you have spent with us so far, and we look forward to many more! Nina Fleming - VP, DE&I

I appreciate your feedback. I may be biased but, I think we have some of the best team members working hard to keep all of our technology cutting edge. I know we have also been working on ways to cut down on unnecessary meetings and one of the ways we are trying to tackle the issue is our monthly meeting-free day. Hopefully you’re finding meeting-free days to be extra productive! We also put emphasis on having intentional meeting agendas and empowering everyone to “own their own calendars.” I’m always happy to hear new suggestions on ways we can continue to improve this or hear any other feedback you have. I appreciate all of your efforts. Eric Lefebvre - CTO

Thank you for the review. You’re absolutely right - being in this industry we do have certain months or seasons that are busier than others. In fact, right now we’re starting to gear up for one of our busiest times, tax season. Our sales training and leadership have focused on helping team members understand what our clients are focused on during different parts of the year so that our account managers and executives can bring timely, relevant topics to add value. Please feel free to reach out to me directly if you feel there is more we can be doing to help you be successful in this industry. My hope is that you’re able to capitalize during our peak times and take advantage of the slower months by enjoying MyTime, our flexible paid time-off program. Thank you for all you do, your hard work is appreciated! Ruth Fornell
