We have seen many success stories with our interns returning to Sovos after graduating and even continuing on into leadership roles within the organization, and we very much hope you will consider us in the future. In regards to your comment on turnover- it has been an interesting couple of years with The Great Reshuffle happening globally. While we haven’t been completely immune to that, we have been fortunate that our staff turnover has not seen a significant increase, and we have been able to keep our talent in the business.
