      I really like reading reviews like this. We have said it many times, but the people are the best part of Sovos. I consider myself lucky to work in an organization with such a global reach.       Overall good company to work for, not without fault

      Pros

      Can choose between remote and office work as you wish, supportive management and team, hours are not strict 9-5 depending on the team you work in, both UK offices are a nice place to be and colleagues are very friendly, plenty of room to move departments and further career within company as a whole

      Cons

      Extra effort and hours put into job not recognised in salary review leaving you deeply demoralised, loyal employees throughout business not always looked after, decisions taken by higher management in US sometimes very illogical

Having supportive managers and teammates in an environment that is flexible and also offers career growth really sums up some of the best parts of our organization. I am sorry if some of the decisions that are made can be difficult to understand. As a global organization, operating in over 16 different countries, we have decision makers that sit all over the world. I have been working closely with the Global leaders on my team to ensure that not only decisions, but the reasons behind those decisions, are being effectively communicated to all of our employees.
