      Sense of pride in your work great people you will learn advanced skillsets very quickly and the path to leadership is faster here than most other companies.

      Cons

      Pay is considerably lower than industry standard, especially compared with the likes of Blue Origin & Boeing. Employee burnout is high, most employees depart after 2-4 years specifically citing burnout as the main concern.
