Horrible management in propulsion dept. (components and turbo pumps), unfair treatment, racism, and harassment. Micro management overload. Fire for any reason

Pros

Really cool and interesting things to do, if your an engineer.

Cons

If your not an engineer, it is like a labor camp with a "click" like atmosphere to boot. As long as you party with the right people, live your life with no days off, you are in. If you have a life outside of Spacex, do notwork here, you will be judged and eventually booted. By the way, if you have any outside Aerospace experience, you are a moron to an engineer. Good luck

Pros

Flexibility, freedom, hands on environment. You can grow as much as you want as fast as you want. It's a very free flowing environment, people don't breath down your neck, they just expect you to get your work done. You have a lot of responsibility and a lot of exposure.

Cons

Long hours, very little rest. Often work weekends to keep the pace!
