Pros

-Great Benefits!!! -Unique job -learning a new trade -support active reserves and former military. Celebrates Veterans day!!! -good pay(pay raise could be better) - CEO/President care about their employees for the most part.

Cons

- organizational work flow could be better - departments keeping work area clean and organized - doesn't match 401k. I would prefer that than stock awards. I know its weird to say but I don't have the money to pay for the taxes on the awards when they are released. Even though Spacex pays pretty well it is still hard to survive as a single person in LA finically. - pay raises aren't what I expected. I did work HARD all year and nothing to really show for it, when it came to pay raises.

The goal of the company is to put Elon on Mars... the long term vision can't get much more audacious than that! Overall culture is success-oriented and highly technical Management does a good job at discussing issues openly to strive for highest reliability

Cons

Schedules aren't well communicated across departments Poor work/life balance Salaries are getting better, but still not top in the industry

Pros

Pride in doing something that will change space flight forever. Good pay in comparison to other compoanies. Great benifits, best ive expereinced since the military. Freedom to implement changes and process improvements.

Cons

Salary employees are often times expected to be here weekends/holidays without complaint of pay or compensation. Recently this has begun to change. Engineering tends to do their own thing. This in turn causes mistakes to happen over and over. There is still a lot of growth/maturity needed to make t hings better and easier on the workforce. Simple programs that nearly all aerospace/aviation companies have in place, Spacex is still figuring out.
