      Work on cool things with exciting short, mid, and long term goals. Good coworkers (professionally and socially) Good communication throughout company You're given lots of freedom with the work you do (see cons) Lots of opportunity and flexibility to move up or around within company

      Cons

      Management weak at times - not always clear what you should be working on (see pros) Compensation fair but not great compared to employee commitment.

      Pros

      SpaceX is everything i dreamed of when I was studying to be an engineer. It's fast paced, exciting, challenging and dynamic. It's high risk, high reward and I couldn't be happier. I like my team, my management and what I do on a day to day basis. I feel fulfilled.

      Cons

      The hours can be pretty brutal. It can be difficult to find a work life balance
