Pros

Fast pace, forward-thinking company. At SpaceX, you are given freedom (in my experience). This works great for some, but can be a limitation for others . Note that I had worked here for 5 years, I worked at a "competitor" (using that term loosely) so, I am biased and returned because I missed the energy and my team.

Cons

Location. However, it's worth the hassle of the commute.
