Pros

Full insurance benefits and great food in cafe. Lot of work and a great place with people that have great work habits.

Cons

The only downside was a newer supervisor came in and started hireing the people they used to work with and eventually fired workers who were good workers as well as people.

Long hours and low base pay. Overtime compensates for the low pay but at the cost of work to life balance.

Pros

Very exciting work goes on here. Chance to participate in making history. A place to build and sharpen skills for sure. Casual environment and super cool, free-spirited culture/people. Nice perks (great subsidized food, gym membership/discount, great health benefits, etc.).

Cons

The growing pains of a start-up company. Aggressive targets could be stressful. Work schedule is demanding but if you like what you do, trying to learn new skills, or simply trying to make history then it becomes worth it. People speak their minds here so it could be a difficult place if you have thin skin.
