      Pros

      As an intern here at SpaceX, I was given the opportunity to "showcase" my engineering adroit through projects. I was either working independently on a project or leading a team of contractors on a different project. I got the chance to really take charge of my career and my future.

      Pros

      Always interesting work. It is literally rocket science! Being a test site we are always playing with the lateat hardware and working on items that will go to or have already been to space. One note I had a hard time with previous union based technician relations is that the engineer and technicians working relationship is far better than how other companies work.

      Cons

      Rotating shifts and longer hours. Engineering is salary and they bank on that fact. Makes it hard to have hobbies or do something like school on the side.
