      Pros

      -Surrounded by fun, hard-working people -The overall mission of the company is extremely exciting and keeps people enthusiastic to keep pushing hard to make rapid progress company wide -Relaxed environment -Bureaucracy is highly discouraged

      Cons

      -Work life balance can be a struggle at times, though this has improved significantly since I started years ago -Flipping between early and late shift every few weeks is common

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Fun projects and exciting challenges. Good work atmosphere. I see multiple rocket tests on a daily basis, I see rockets and space capsules up close that have flown to space and safely returned and best of all, I get to work with and be apart of the team that makes it all happen. I can't think of a more inspiring company mission.

      Cons

      Long work hours that limits having a life outside of work. Limited opportunities for regular advancement. Career progression is an afterthought at best.

      Pros

      The work we're doing is noticeably impactful on a daily basis. It's a ton of hard work and some long hours, but it's always rewarding and you really feel like you're contributing to your individual product and the overall company mission. The people here are also great and all bought into the goal so everyone has a hard working attitude and just wants to find the best solutions to problems and get things done.

      Cons

      While innovation is abundant and encouraged, we're sometimes hindered by budgets so aren't able to fully do everything the way that it should be done and are forced to do it scrappier.
