- You are literally working in a rocket factory - Endless opportunity to learn, perform, grow - Health benefits, perks, gym membership, and the list goes on - On site restaurants, baristas, food trucks, dental office, medical center - Driven peers plus management that wants you to succeed

Cons

- Parking, security, restrictions add additional time and friction to perform job - Bringing visitors to work is limited and must be scheduled - Heavy workload and overtime - May have to enter as intern or contractor before becoming full-time

-Short lifecycle from design to launch, so you get to see your product live very quickly -Access to many different aspects to engineering -Design and hardware on site -Exciting place to work. Everyone here works here because they WANT to -Great benefits

Cons

-Fast paced place, so you have to know when to say no (work/life balance is more on you than the company as there is endless amount of work) -Not the best paid

Pros

- extremely fast-paced - easy access to management/executives - very open culture - collaborative - no BS - given a ton of responsibility - I feel like I'm having a direct impact in the company and can easily trace it Changing the course of humanity is cool too, I guess ;)

Cons

There are definitely some long hours - although in my case, I love what I'm doing and it doesn't feel like work many times (corny, I know)
