      Pros

      SpaceX takes care of their people. Great perks with this company, from the low priced food, free specialty coffees, free frozen yogurt, cookies, fruit, snacks. I still can't believe I work here being part of building rockets going into space; it is amazing to be here. I have a very supportive leadership team and HR rep which makes the job much better.

      Cons

      Very fast paced in trying to build rockets in as short a time as possible. Can be very long hours due to time constraints building the rocket.

      Pros

      We work on the coolest hardware with the coolest people on Earth. During orientation, there was a slide that said "Welcome to the Special Forces of Aerospace." Really accurate, actually! Snacks/meals/drinks are always free and always available, so that's great! Other employee perks (discounted SpaceX swag, Tesla lease discounts, equity/stock awards, and lots of others) are fantastic.

      Cons

      Work hours and start/stop times can be pretty variable, but that goes along with the task of launching rockets on a really fast schedule. It's a pretty minor "con", honestly, which is really outweighed by the awesomeness of what it is we're doing. Also, the pace of work is really fast, so the day blazes by before you know it.

      - Great colleagues - High level of trust between departments and individual employees - Tracks for both management and individual contributors - Very engaging projects, tasks, and problems - Always something new, always something interesting - Crystal clear mission - Laughter, optimism, respect, and impact

      Cons

      - Long hours - Ideally, would have more time and resources for design and testing before release (for software), but I'm optimistic as the company grows
