      Changing a process is really easy Open environment for communication

      Hard to see a process change outcome all the way through because of constant change Ambitious goals without a realistic deadline

      People always ask "Seems like it's so cool to work at SpaceX, is it really?". Yes, it is. I can't think of anywhere else I would want to work.

      Cons

      We work hard, it's true. But I think saving humanity is worth it, and compensation is very good.

      Pros

      - Incredible freedom to choose my own work and decide the best methods with which to solve a problem. - Company is always striving to improve, meaning there is always something new to learn, often allowing me to implement new solutions that I previously believed to be beyond my capabilities. - One of (if not the) most exciting space companies to be a part of with no signs of slowing down in the next few years! - Coworkers are all passionate talented people who like to work hard but know how important it is to take time for yourself and have fun.

      Cons

      - Yes you will probably work late, but not to the extent that the stereotype seems to portray. I typically work 50 hours a week which seems to be becoming the standard in the aerospace industry.
