Pros

Everything you work on is pushing the limits and making aerospace history. The company is supportive of new ideas and willing to let you grow. Great pay and benefits.

Cons

The long days can be stressful. You have to find find a balance and make the most of the time you have with your family.

Pros

Everyone has a voice within the company. Not only is your feedback encouraged, its expected. The fruit of your labors is very apparent and extremely motivating. One of the most exciting places I've ever worked at. The workplace perks and overall team mentality are second to none.

Cons

While I have found very few cons in my time here, I would encourage a better training program for new hires. I have seen a few people, myself included, who were a little lost early on.

Super challenging and rewarding work. I'm surrounded by amazing people. Launch sites are high energy fast paced. My co-workers are my family (dinners, trips etc...). Work live balance is getting better

Cons

If you looking for an easy 40hr/wk job with low stress, this is not the company for you. Also, if you don't like being the dumbest person in the room, same as above
