      Long hours, mandatory 50 hour weeks, 70-80 during surge weeks, pay is mediocre pay

      Pros

      SpaceX is full of innovative minds who strive to change the world every single day. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a top-of-the-line environment along with some of the most talented individuals across the world. It is a lot of work and most of the time not easy, but that is why we are revolutionizing the aerospace industry. It is very rewarding in every way.

      Cons

      The only con I see is a shortage of parking which I'm sure will be resolved soon.

      We are working to go to Mars what else could be so exciting! Plus we have great benefits an awesome facility we get treated well oh and did i mention we ARE WORKING TO GO TO MARS!

      sometimes we have unrealistic goals set upon us but no one has ever made history being average.
