      Pros

      SpaceX is a super exciting place to work. New employees are given a lot of responsibility right away and given a chance to prove their worth. There is very little "dead weight" as far as bureaucracy or employees that aren't good workers. Definitely some of the smartest and best people I've ever worked with. I feel like we really are changing the industry and the world.

      Cons

      Hours are often long and sometimes really long. There are some growing pains and areas of poor communication due to extremely fast growth of the company. Schedules are typically frustratingly unrealistic.

      - Extremely Excellent Mission Statement with generally a clear goal of where we are going -- Mars - Everyone from friends to family respects what you do as part of a pretty epic mission - Incredible amount of learning possible in any field you work in

      Cons

      - Hours can be super long if you take on too much responsibility. Work/Life Balance just isn't that great - Compensation is lackluster these days with little benefit for kick-ass work

      Pros

      Intellectually stimulating work. Nothing is boring. No egos here, just hard working people with a common goal. Flat organization makes it easy to get what you need to get the job done. Passionate people. Fun events.

      Cons

      High burnout levels resulting in attrition. Feels brute force and chaotic. Lack of prioritization in projects and cannot set direction when you are constantly in fire fighting mode. Project prioritization on my team means respond to who yells the loudest. Too much switching back and forth on multiple projects.
