      Pros

      SpaceX literally makes science fiction science fact on a daily basis. It's simply an incredible place to work with the best, smartest and most highly motivated people on the planet. We're going to Mars, people. What else do you need to get you out of bed in the morning?

      Cons

      There can be some long hours, but we're not building hair dryers... (No offence to anybody in the hair dryer industry. It's a grand implement.)

      Pros

      SpaceX gives its engineers full responsibility immediate after on boarding. If you want to make a difference and have a visible impact at a huge company, SpaceX might be a place for you.

      Cons

      High stress and long hours. Management is always pushing employees to do more and take on more scope.

      Pros

      Great open and cooperative environment. If you see a problem you can easily find out who can help you and fix it. Like all companies there are a lot of improvements that can be made, but unlike most companies SpaceX makes it easy for you to help work on those improvements. If you don't like your position there is plenty of room to try something new.

      Cons

      Tight deadlines lead people to get a little pushy when their deadlines get close. There is always plenty of work to do. It can feel overwhelming the sheer amount of work on your place.
