      You have a voice equal to all others.

      Cons

      Your voice is no louder than any other contributing to the noise. It's as much of a challenge to be heard as it is as much as it is to hear. Sometimes feels as if some people are too loud to listen.

      Really cool and interesting things to do, if your an engineer.

      Cons

      If your not an engineer, it is like a labor camp with a "click" like atmosphere to boot. As long as you party with the right people, live your life with no days off, you are in. If you have a life outside of Spacex, do notwork here, you will be judged and eventually booted. By the way, if you have any outside Aerospace experience, you are a moron to an engineer. Good luck
