Pros

Work with extremely intelligent bunch of people. Allowed to and encouraged to think out the box for solutions to engineering challenges. Rapidly changing environment and if thats something you like, this is the place for you.

Cons

Horrible work life balance. If you have a family then you are in trouble if you consider family comes first.. Lot of brown nosing and old boys club attitude. Not only should you get the job done you should project the image of being busy all the time.

Great culture, fast-paced working environment, high-level of trust from supervisors, exceptional food, smart people, flexible working hours, high discretionary funds, unparalleled responsibilities for young engineers

Cons

Long hours, no 401k matching, starting to get more bureaucratic in the production process, the parking structure is far away

When crunch time happens, hours are long. Some groups see crunch time more than others.
