No cons I can think of

*manager is sexist and only seems to have issues with woman *manager bad mouths employees behind their back to other employees creating an hostile work environment * manager is more concerned about lining his pockets that with employee safety when it comes to ordering new equipment and will lie and say he approved said equipment only to find that a request was never sent * manager spreads foul rumors and gossips about employees he doesn't like to other employees *manager is a coward and will do anything to avoid confrontation at all cost *manager micromanages female employees to death making their job obsolete *manager refuses to speak to female employees and will talk around them belittling them like a child *bizarre favoritism between office "in" crowd
