Work Flexibility being hybrid More Exposure to latest technologies Unlimited vacations Competitive pay

Cons

Culture with no place for humanitarian grounds and HRG too will support the management at any cost. Always stressful pointing in employee for what they could have done better instead of recognizing the hardworking and efforts they put in their work. Even though you have unlimited vacation you will never get time to utilize them. After started working you feel like you are paying very less for the work you deliver.

Pros

Sparta is a great place to work. Management is forward thinking and interested in implementing new things rather than sitting around and relying on reputation to sell what already exists. We are treated well. You can tell that Sparta wants to keep good talent around, and they show this by offering (small) random perks throughout the year.

Cons

Main con (for me) is the lack of a tuition reimbursement benefit. Lesser con, mainly because it seems present at all companies, is that Product likes to change the road map late in the game.
