Pros

Benefits start on day one and they are not bad, could be better compensation for wages, especially for older employees, new employees start at more in some instances. Work is typical of this industry so it's not hard and air conditioned. Some employees can even get away with doing nothing all day and still get paid, that's got to be a pro......

Cons

Favoritism can cost you your career here. Long mandatory work hours, if they tell ya it's once in awhile it would be a blatant lie. Then there are the times you are sent home by company and forced to use personal time.
